Step by Step Intake Assessment Process

Both parents complete and sign our online Intake Form.

Both parents attend separate phone intake interviews and a risk assessment is completed.

Both parents review, sign and return our online service  agreement.

A supervisor is allocated and the service commences. 

Note: This process is for Family Court matters and Private arrangements only, for Out-Of-Home-Care programs (DCJ/ NGO) please our view our OOHC/Agency support page.
