Step by Step Intake Assessment Process

What sets your start date is how quickly both parents complete these four steps.

1

Both parents complete intake form

Each parent submits their own intake form. We can only begin once we have both.

2

Intake assessment

We hold an over the phone conversation with each parent separately to understand the arrangement, the orders, and your child's needs.

3

Service agreements signed

Both parents return a signed service agreement. This is usually the step that sets the date.

4

First visit scheduled

We confirm a supervisor, a venue and a time, and send the details to both parents.

How to minimise delays

Informing the other party

Both parents need to complete intake. We cannot supervise contact having spoken to only one side. Therefore the process can be sped up if you ask the other party to fill out the intake form.

Organising payment responsibility

Decide who is paying. Fees are payable in advance of each session. Where an order splits the cost, we invoice each parent for their share.

Organising dates

Often times the largest delay is the liasing between both parties to come to an agreement on dates and times. Please attempt to agree on a schedule prior to intake if possible.

Testimonials

"Easy to liaise with and proactive. Reports were highly professional and child-focused, giving a clear picture of the child’s experience."
