Healthier visits in Community venues
Visits in child-friendly community spaces such as nearby parks, indoor playgrounds or the beach. We are flexible and tailor visits to the needs of the child/ren. For example of frequently used visit venues feel free to have a look at our Recommended Venues.

Our experienced team delivers comprehensive, impartial reports to both parties after every session, ensuring you have accurate, documentation whenever it is required in court proceedings.

Engaging Our Contact Supervision Services
Intake
Both parents need to complete the Intake Form which can be submitted by parents or legal representatives. Our intake form is available online here.
After we receive both parties intake forms:

We'll conduct a brief 30-minute intake interview with each parent where we collect key information about the child and family circumstances.
From here both parties will need to sign the Service Agreement.

Scheduling Visits
We have no waitlist thus once intake is complete, we will:

Allocate a supervisor and schedule the first visit.

Organise an ongoing schedule with times and locations agreed upon by both party's ( View frequently used child friendly venues here )
Once both forms are submitted we are typically able to begin service within a week.
Reports for each session are compiled and are emailed to both parties within 3 business days of the visit or changeover.
